Born and raised in the Zenda area of the Shenandoah Valley, Kerry graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in History. He received his law degree from the University of Richmond in 1989 and passed the bar exam shortly thereafter. Kerry has been practicing law in the area for over 30 years and his office is located on the main street of New Market.
